Common Traits of Text-Based Novels

1. Fixed scenario — authors have written all variations in advance
2. Limited choices — usually 2-3 answer options
3. Energy system — waiting or paying to continue
4. Premium content — best choices often cost money
5. Linear narrative — even with branching, the story ends

Romance Club: you choose from 2-3 pre-written answer options, better ones often cost gems.

Plotex: you write anything you want in your own words — complete freedom of expression.

2. Story Uniqueness

3. Characters

In Romance Club: characters are crafted by authors, dialogues are fixed, development follows a predetermined arc.

In Plotex: characters react to your behavior, dialogues adapt to you, relationships develop organically.

4. Monetization

Romance Club: energy (tea) — wait or pay, premium choices cost gems, subscription.

Plotex: free registration, subscription for extended features, no "paid choices".

Romance Club: new chapters on schedule (usually once a month), waiting for updates, limited number of stories.
