Personal data requests

You can contact us about your personal data at any time. Below is what rights you have and how to exercise them.

Your rights

• Access — obtain confirmation that we process your data, and a copy of it.
• Correction — require inaccurate or incomplete data to be put right.
• Deletion — require your data to be erased where no lawful basis for processing it remains.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection and withdrawal of consent — stop processing based on consent or on legitimate interest.
• Opt out of the sale and sharing of data — for residents of California and other states with comparable laws.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal data in the traditional sense. However, the use of analytics and advertising cookies may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of data under California law (CCPA/CPRA).

There are two ways to opt out: switch off the analytics and marketing categories in your cookie settings, or send us a request by email — see "How to submit a request" below.

Global Privacy Control signal

We recognise and honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or an extension sends this signal, analytics and marketing cookies are switched off automatically, with nothing for you to do. This signal is not currently detected in your browser.

Response times

We acknowledge receipt within 1–3 business days and respond substantively within the period set by applicable law: no later than one month under the GDPR and 45 days under the CCPA. This period may be extended, in which case we will tell you separately and explain why.

To protect your data we may need to verify your identity — for example by asking you to reply from the email address linked to your account.

How to submit a request

Write to us at info@plotex.io. So that we can act on your request without coming back for more, please include:

• which right you are exercising — access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or opting out of the sale and sharing of data;
• your full name;
• the email linked to your account — we reply only to that address;
• your username on the platform, if you are registered;
• any specifics: which data you are asking about, or what needs correcting.

If you believe we have infringed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority where you live, where you work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
