Stars are virtual units used only inside the platform to send messages to characters. They are not money, cannot be exchanged back into money, and do not transfer outside the platform.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase — in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK).
The right to cancel does not apply if you have expressly agreed to the service to begin immediately before the cancellation period has expired, and have acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel once the service is fully rendered. In practice this means: unused Stars may be refunded within 14 days, spent Stars are not.
Write to info@plotex.io from the email address linked to your account, and state the purchase date, amount, and reason for your request. We respond within 1–3 business days.
Approved refunds are paid by the same payment method used for the purchase, within the timeframe set by the payment provider. The corresponding number of Stars is deducted from your balance.
This policy does not limit the rights granted to you by the mandatory provisions of your country's consumer protection legislation. In case of conflict, the provisions of law apply. The full terms are set out in the Terms of Service.
